You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"cs-section\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-8\"><div class=\"cs-column-text\"><p>Per 1 januari 2017 zijn alle aanbieders van \u2018geneeskundige GGZ\u2019, dat wil zeggen generalistische basis-ggz en gespecialiseerde ggz binnen de Zorgverzekeringswet, verplicht een kwaliteitsstatuut openbaar te maken. Het kwaliteitsstatuut is een professionele standaard die beschrijft hoe een zorgaanbieder de integrale zorg voor de individuele cli\u00ebnt heeft georganiseerd, op een zodanige manier dat de autonomie en regie van de cli\u00ebnt zoveel mogelijk wordt gestimuleerd en de kwaliteit en doelmatigheid van de zorgverlening inzichtelijk en toetsbaar zijn. Het hele proces van verwijzing, aanmelding, intake, diagnostiek, behandeling, afsluiting en nazorg van de individuele cli\u00ebnt wordt beschreven. Het kwaliteitsstatuut regelt ook welke beroepsbeoefenaren in welke situatie in de geneeskundige GGZ als regiebehandelaar kunnen fungeren.
